We booked the place the same day we arrived in Sarria, as we were doing the Camino and did not have any bookings in advance. It was very well priced for a private room. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner - il nonno, who was very friendly and helpful. He is also the chef at the restaurant and cooks great! We had dinner there and rested well.
These are just things I noticed, which were not an issue for us, but I think might me for some other people. The room was on the first floor, which made it very convenient to enter and to leave. The walls are kind of thin, so you can hear what is happening outside, which in our case was not a lot, but the room is also right next to the eating space, hence there may be days or nights where it can be more noisy. Not during our stay though, we had great rest and the next day we walked 50 km!

The property was very basic nothing how described on booking.com we had to wait for a towel as they were still in the dryer we checked in around 4.30 pm and asked again no cups or glasses certainly no barbecue back yard or balcony so over priced for what you get
Lack of facilities and was not as stated over priced I believe in fact it is deceptive the photo is actually the back yard. A very poorly run property unfortunately
