The property was very basic
First night no hot water
Very noisy at night time
Not a very good location
Shared bathrooms were clean and there was. A leak from the sink which made the bathroom floor wet all the time

we got to the property and couldn’t get in as the owner requested to cancel even though we had made the booking with plenty of time to spare… after being refused to get into the property I asked to waive the fee and sent in a request. Said he would do it for me and now I can’t get back the money for a room that I couldn’t stay in. can’t comment on the room but the location is absolutely awful as well. please don’t stay here

just need one night to stay over so a bed and warm room was all that was needed ticked everything box

Was nice clean rooms facility's were good only dwn 4 1 nite and was right next 2 Everton and Liverpool football stadium

Absolutely nothing!
An hour before our arrival from Bournemouth we had a text saying the room had been double booked he offered us a room somewhere else with a double bed which was not suitable or functional for our stay leaving us stranded in Liverpool with no accommodation, The owner thought this was acceptable and told us we would not get a refund We will not be using Booking.com again as this is the second time we have and the second time we have had issues, and as for the County roads apartments and its owner and his attitude this will be reviewed on all social media and review sites, this was a disgusting situation and no-one else should have to go through that or be spoken to like that.

Nice clean room,good facilities, good location as its near anfield football stadium, good communication with the owner , I would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting a nice place to stay
No terrestrial tv ,only netfilx, YouTube etc ,,but still wasn't really a problem for me as I wasn't there to watch TV ,but families might like to be able to watch TV, however apart from that ,really happy with my stay

Booked a room to get some rest for the night before a 4hour drive home early in the morning, we had a load of 15 year old girls running riot in the corridor all night screaming and shouting. Left the room at 4 o'clock in the morning as we had no sleep to drive home. What a waste of £100 would never stay there again unless I wanted to party and drunk with a load of underage children
