This chalet was very clean and beautiful, exactly as pictured. The hot tub was fun and with the snowfall, made a beautiful scene. My family all had a great time during our stay here and we were all comfortable. I also loved how there was a Christmas tree up for the season, it really gave it that at home seasonal feeling. The property was about 30 mins away from the Poconos activities we had planned and about an hour away from historic Bethlehem, therefore we did have to do some traveling but overall it was worth it. This property is in a heavily secured gated community making it feel safe.

The only problem that I had with this property was check-in at the front gate to get our pass. When I entered the building, I was not greeted and the staff seemed to be upset giving me an off putting feeling. I feel as though the staff in the front could be friendlier, however the property itself was amazing.

The house was perfect and so well stocked we wanted for nothing! Check in was easy and well explained. No check out needed.
