Hotel Château Georgette

Nous sommes arrivés à 14h, la réceptionniste n'a pas voulu nous enregistrer avant 15h et n'a pas accepté que l'on profite de la piscine en attendant, prétextant un entretien imminent de celle-ci qui n'a jamais eu lieu puisque nous sommes restés au bord, attendant l'heure. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le bruit des travaux dés 8h du matin, construction d'une maison attenante à l'hôtel, dont nous n'avions pas été informés lors de la réservation. Piscine glacée

Las camas eran comodísimas, el alojamiento en sí es un palacio. El desayuno estaba bastante bien.

El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación no enfriaba del todo bien.

The Paul Valley is a beautiful location. Many of the staff are friendly and helpful, particularly the evening bar staff, the owner and her family. The food was nice. Sadly it didn’t offset how unwell we were made to feel at the start and at points through our stay

We had high expectations based on the reviews and the helpful, friendly communication ahead of our stay. However the saying first impressions count rings true - we received no welcome, despite arriving at a prearranged time by the taxi arranged by the hotel! Being told we were too early, our room wasn’t ready and we could not use the hotels facilities till later. Trying to get a coffee, some lunch and eventually being let in our room was hard work, nothing was offered, the main impression we were given was that everything we were asking for was just too much effort.
