The rooms are great

The property is situated in a good location, that has quite a number of shops & restaurants nearby.
The pool is beautiful and the outside area is a nice place to chill. The room and aesthetics of the villa is beautiful.
The upkeep of the property is not optimal. Our room had many lizards and mosquitoes. An electric mosquito repellent was available in the room but it barely did anything to get rid of the mosquitoes.
The plumbing has some serious issues. The water pressure was very low when we turn the knob for hot water. Water barely trickled out, and on our second and third day of stay, the water did not even heat up. At night, the gurgling sounds in the pie would be quite loud.
The bedsheets had many stains as well.
