Die Lage ist super. Man ist in 5 Minuten in Sitia. Der Blick auf die Palmen, die vielen Blumen, das Meer im Hintergrund fasziniert jeden Tag aufs Neue. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei große Sitzecken; vor dem Appartment und hinter dem Appartment. Wir wurden mit selbstgebackenem Rüblikuchen begrüßt.

Ruhig gelegen in einem großen Grundstück mit Palmen, Olivenbäumen, Obstbäumen. Lefteris, der Besitzer, pflegt einen schönen Garten mit verschiedenen Pflanzen und Blumen. Lefteris ist ein herzlicher Mensch, freundlich, gut gelaunt, kann vieles erzählen und spricht perfektes Englisch. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat zwei großen Terrassen, eine nach Osten (Morgensonne, Blick in den Garten ) und eine nach Westen ( Abendsonne, Blick zu den Palmen und in der Ferne das Meer). Es gibt kein nennenswerter Strand in der Nähe, nach wenigen Kilometern Fahrt aber findet man atemberaubende Strände. Das reizende Städtchen Sitia ist nur 5 Kilometer entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Carissa Haus sehr genossen.
