Super place to stay

Very roomy bungalow, nice comfy beds and had everything you need for your stay . Also it is very close to Exeter racecourse and great for shuttle bus service to Powderham festival

Toilets are quite narrow as it is separate from the bathroom.

Fab place but the booking system on booking . Com was difficult asking to download apps etc just called the venue and al

Was all clean and comfortable beds especially

If dog friendly would be great to have a garden section sealed off so dogs can roam free

Excellent value for money

The apartment was large, comfortable, clean and exceptional value for money. The surroundings are nice (when it's not raining), the staff is friendly.

There were very limited consumables present, no bodywash, salt/oil etc for cooking, sponge for washing the dishes. The road leading to the area are a bit sketchy.

Lovely venue

Comfortable, large and clean accommodation.

Pot holes in lane, poor WiFi and people keep parking in my allocated parking space
