The apartment appeared to be very recently renovated. It is spacious, clean and very comfortable and we felt instantly at home. Its location suited us perfectly; a few minutes walk to the main square, restaurants and the beach, yet very quiet. I think this is the best appointed apartment we’ve ever stayed in with regard to kitchen equipment. Plenty of utensils, a full oven, microwave, a two-burner electric hob and slimline dishwasher together with other equipment stored in the spacious laundry (e.g. blender and steamer). Thank you also, for providing plenty of clothes hangers in the wardrobes! We appreciated having free parking so centrally. Some reviewers have noted the tight parking space. We parked our Passat estate with no problem - literally a couple of reversing manoeuvres. We are fairly regular visitors to Arcachon and are hoping to book this apartment for our next visit!
There was nothing that we didn’t like, so the following is for information only. Both bathrooms have a shower and wash basin and each one is next to a bedroom; each bedroom is quite separate within the apartment. One of the two bathrooms has a toilet; there is a second toilet off the laundry room, so this may be a consideration for some visitors. There is no air conditioning. There are floor standing fans provided, but this may not be enough in the height of a blistering summer!

Le logement est propre, confortable et très bien équipé. L'emplacement est parfait en plein centre-ville d'Arcachon à 5 min à pieds de la plage.
Le prix est assez élevé même si la surface du logement peut le justifier. Nous étions venus en 2024 déjà en juillet et c'était 30 % moins cher.
