Great position, well-equipped kitchen, spotless.

Very spacious, comfortable and everything you needed like laundry & kitchen utensils, main staples. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants & the waterfront seawater swimming area with heaps of chairs, lounges & shade. A lift to the apartment on the 3rd level and a car space.

We loved this properties location, having a view over the wharf & harbour was excellent. Also being close to the whole waterfront precinct & easy walking up to the city, it was perfect.

This property is in an ideal spot. It sits on the Waterfront which is the heart of Darwin. Easy access to wave pool, and lagoon for swimming. Countless eateries featuring many taste buds eg: Mexican, Korean, Australian pub classic's, Asian and a great Oyster Bar with perfect views. Ferris wheel and jetty to wharf all within walking distance as is Coles or Woolworths and bottle shop. Plenty of breakfast options open early.
The property itself is lovely, the views spectacular from the balcony. Generous hosts who provided household products eg: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets. A large fridge and freezer. Great washer and dryer also. Good size bathroom. Lounge comfortable and a decent outdoor setting. Good safe and secure parking in the basement.
We thought that the bathroom is looking a little tired and in need of a redo, roof has water damage stains. The grout on the floor tiles in the bathroom needed a good scrub also. We were a little surprised that you are only supplied 1 bathmat, 2 flannels and 2 bath towels for a 7 night stay. I requested in advance before we arrived more towels but the response back was that at a cost of $50 they can be delivered!!! We paid $3880 for 7 nights so at this cost we thought we could at least have some fresh towels. Hosts instructions were not to wash towels in the properties washer due to hygiene regulations. We washed our towels every second day anyway. The air conditioner fluctuates but not sure whether we had it set correctly. There was also a smell coming from the kitchen wall cupboard. I think it smelt like dampness?
