Designed around a set of interconnecting pavilions, Villa Soong comprises separate living and bedroom areas, both linked by a sandstone pathway . The extensive living area is designed as an open plan living and entertainment space where you can lounge with your friends and family or enjoy a meal at the long teak dinner table, which serves as the centre piece of the room. The living space is generously equipped with sophisticated electronics, including bluetooth sound system and high end TV and entertainment system with its American and European channels. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar and full western cooking facilities. The beautifully appointed semi alfresco living area opens seamlessly on to the outdoor terrace and a beachfront garden lies just beyond the infinity pool. We stayed for eight nights as a family of 5 (kids 7, 4 and 1) It was wonderful. More than we had expected. The maid made it feel like a hotel. Giving you the privileges of a hotel along with the privacy of having your own property. The villa offers everything you need. Private pool ideal for small kids, bigger kids and grownups, direct access to a private idyllic beach, nice air-conditioned and spacious rooms, big breakfast served by maid every morning. The villa manager was always available when needed for any questions or requests and had his focus clearly on making sure we have a fabulous experience.

We had a brilliant week at this beautiful house. We stayed with our 3 kids; they loved the pool. David and Kob are great hosts. 5 * rating! Already planning our next trip.

We had an amazing 8 nights at Villa Soong in Bang Por. So grateful to David and his team (special mention goes to the wonderful Kob, our house keeper, chef, translator and friend!). David was able to book activities for us at local prices (we did the speed boat tour of Ang Thong, Elephant Sanctuary (the ethical one where the rescued elephants go) and a wonderful private afternoon catamaran trip) , and Kob was able to organise things like transfers to locations, restaurant bookings, food delivery and made great recommendations for local things. Kob’s cooking is up there with some of the best Thai we’ve eaten! The Villa is clean and comfortable, and any issues were handled quickly and professionally (there weren’t many). We had a great time and look forward to returning! The location was private, safe and quiet, which is exactly what we were after. It’s about a 10ish min walk to get to some shops/restaurants/massages etc and we had everything we needed close by. WannGram down the street (near the 7/11) is also highly recommended for meals. We had the best time relaxing and hanging out. We met up with family who flew in from USA while we came from Australia. It was perfect for us! Thank you so much!

I rented 2 villas for my extended family of 13 from David. He really went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. My mother , father and siblings stayed here while myself and my wife’s family stayed at another villa called Indu Blu. My parents raved about this place and are planning on returning here in January. We all spent a lot of time in the open air living area , the design of the house was easy living : the open air living area spilled out onto the lawn and pool which spilled out onto to beach. The housemaid Khun Wat was very friendly and so helpful. We had lots of nearby cafes and restaurants to choose from . The villa is ideally located in a peaceful area but a short drive from the action. My parents and extended family were collected and returned to the airport by private car. David helped to organise Carhire. I would highly recommend this villa . Mike
