About this apartment rental
Traditional apartment with beautiful craftsman wood work and high ceilings, this 1915 Midtown building has tons of historic charm but with contemporary amenities and updates. The shared balcony is perfect for morning coffee. The unit itself is peaceful and comfortable, with a full kitchen, full bathroom and combined living room/bedroom area. Enter into a spacious foyer and go straight on to the newly renovated kitchen with breakfast bar. The light-soaked bathroom has also just been renovated with new marble tile surround, pedestal sink, and new flooring. The living room/bedroom is warm and tranquil and features a super comfy memory foam mattress, a desk should you need a quiet space to work, and a sofa to unwind on. Pets are welcome.
The entire apartment is yours. The only shared spaces on the property are the balcony, laundry room in basement, and parking lot.
This is a lower unit in an old historic building - you may hear other guests walking around in the unit above you. We do have plenty of area rugs with thick pads to dampen sound and ask them to be quiet and respectful, but if this would bother you or you are a very light sleeper, we would suggest booking an upstairs unit instead.

Quiet area and very welcoming. I loved that it was pet friendly for my furry friend. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

Nice little place. Location seemed safe. Walking distance to a couple of nice places to eat. Centrally located to where we wanted to drive while in Memphis. Kitchen was well equipped. TV was tricky to use, but we weren't there to watch TV anyway, so didn't cause us concern!
