It’s a very cute and small house perfect for a couple. The view is beautiful, but neighbors are close by. The photos listed don’t show how close the other houses are, which was slightly disappointing when we first arrived. Otherwise, the area is very quiet and nice. Management was a 10/10, and even went as far to ensure the door was properly locked for us while we were 30 minutes away in Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge was a 15-20 minute drive away depending on traffic, and Gatlinburg was about 35-50 minutes.
We were only provided two towels for our 4 day stay, which was mildly frustrating. We utilized the hot tub while we were there, and having to go out and purchase laundry detergent to wash the two towels between uses was an inconvenience.

I didn't like that the house was closer to the neighbor than I had thought. There's about 20 feet between this location and the house next door. It didn't cause too many issues.

We loved the location! It wasn't too close to town, but it was just far enough away that we felt like we were out of the hustle and bustle of the busy town but had easy access to all the amenities of pigeon forge and gatlinburg. The cottage was well taken care of. It was clean, and the host was wonderful and cared a lot about his visitors and guests. I would highly recommend anybody to book with Moonlight Cottage. It was a wonderful extended weekend for my wife and I, and the price was perfect for everything that came with the cottage.
