The location is excellent, short and safe walk to the Ayala mall and all the facilities it provides. Easy access to taxi’s for getting around the city. The room itself is pretty standard with all the expected items being available. It would of been nice for there to have been some coffee, a little demonstration of caring for the guest, but it is an apartment so I can understand that.
There is no WiFi, there is a modem which you can add credit to but no instructions. I have a local SIM and wasn’t in the property for long periods so didn’t look further into the prepaid side but in other circumstances this could be very annoying. The TV has no service, there is a message to say you can Bluetooth from your phone but as it is there is literally not one channel you can watch. The advert says a TV, I think it should be made clearer on the restriction of use. There is a list of rules to follow, the viewpoint of what makes an excellent property is very one sided.
