Excellent location
People coming in from clubs early in the morning and too much noise, woke me up and unable to go back to sleep. Not NICE

You cannot find a better location than Kotta for Semarang Old Town precinct.
The staff were all fantastic. Restaurant menu was good too.
The room was clean with good amenities , artsy, spacious, has got nice view.
The lighting could be improved. In the evening the maximum lighting level wasn’t luminous enough. And there was no option to make the lights brighter.
