Spacious apartment - easily accommodates a family of 5 inside. The apartment is very clean with all of the facilities that you require. Although there is no specific allocated parking space, there is plenty of parking space nearby. The host is proactive and responsive with contact, thoroughly making sure everything was arranged for the duration of our stay. The value for money is great - recommended!

The check-in time limit is restrictive - at the time of writing this review, it is a 15 Euros surcharge if you arrive after 1700. I have stayed in plenty of vacation homes and never before has such a charge been levied against me.

Posizione vicina al mare con spiaggia libera e privata (prezzi modici). L'appartamento è un po' vecchio ma dotato di tutte le comodità e con elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti.Facilita' di parcheggio.Adatto anche per soggiorni lunghi. Giovanni,il proprietario, è persona seria ed affidabile.

Il contesto degradato,il condominio sporco e rumoroso.Doccia da rivedere,sostituendo la tenda con un box,da sostituire anche il tappetino antiscivolo perché poco sicuro.Sarebbero utili dei comodini o dei piani d'appoggio più ampi accanto al letto.E gli infissi necessitano di interventi di manutenzione.Pulizia appartamento da migliorare.
