Bring the whole family and settle into a spacious Sioux Falls home designed for time together. With 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and sleeping space for up to 13 guests, there’s plenty of room to spread out. Step through the fully fenced backyard directly into Riverdale Park, gather around the wood-burning fire pit, enjoy dinner on the deck, or relax on the patio. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, central A/C and all the comforts of home.
The Space:
With 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and room for up to 13 guests, this home is a great fit for families, extended-family gatherings and anyone visiting friends or relatives in Sioux Falls.
The home features four comfortable bedrooms with a king bed, two queen beds, and a double bed and twin bed, plus a sleeper sofa in each of the two living rooms. Having two separate living areas gives larger groups plenty of flexibility—kids can enjoy a movie in one room while the adults relax in the other. Both living areas feature Smart TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, coffee station and the cookware and essentials you'll need to prepare meals during your stay.
One of our favorite features is the outdoor space. The large, fully fenced backyard opens directly to Riverdale Park, giving families easy access to even more green space without having to load everyone into the car. Back at the house, gather around the wood-burning fire pit, grill dinner on the upper deck, or relax on the patio with string lights and outdoor seating. Guests who would like to use the fire pit should plan to bring their own firewood.
The home has one full bathroom and one ¾ bathroom, along with an in-home washer and dryer—especially convenient for longer stays and families traveling with children. A pack-and-play is also provided.
Parking is easy, with room for one vehicle in the garage, two vehicles in the driveway, plus additional street parking.
Whether you're coming to Sioux Falls to visit family, spend time with the kids, attend an event, or simply need a comfortable place where everyone can stay together, this home gives you the space to relax, gather and make memories.

It was a great house in a fantastic location to be close to downtown and everywhere else we needed to be! The park behind lead to walking trails as an additional bonus

We were very pleased with our stay here. The communication with James was excellent and very timely. That house was very clean and stocked well. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having a living room upstairs and also downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice, located in a great area. Was fully furnished kitchen, nice patio and furnishings. That was all a 10. Did not appreciate all the dog "nose" prints all over the nice big picture window and patio door or dog bone under couch..cleaning was not great. Small lamp in bedrooms would be nice. Basement was always 10-15 degrees colder than upstairs, bring extra blankets. Front door storm would not stay shut as the lock was falling off, only had 1 screw holding it. Bathroom door handle fell off, we put back on. Recliner in basement has a broken footrest. Just felt like a maintenence-neglected home. Reached out to James several times, heard back once. Also, needs to have entering and closing out and other rules/ directions posted someplace. Would not stay here again.
