location perfect. entrance to block of flats lovely. hosts answer immediately. lovely old style lift. excellent intro info and a QR code on every appliance (nice touch)
as you get out of lift, faced with one flight of steep stairs (not really a probloem) but then faced with about 4 or 5 pairs of peoples shoes outside - carpet leading to room stained - matress was slightly caved in in the middle - toilet flushing needs to be seen to - we noticed on last day of visit that there was meant to be a bottle of wine and some hot and cold water bottles, nothing was found (ower said it was for the cleaning company to have to supply) but nothing was there.
