Spacious apartment in a central and secure location, just a 10-minute walk to the Duomo and La Scala, and very close to the metro station. Effective central air-conditioning and on-site parking are great bonuses that make the space even more comfortable. The place was clean. Paolo, the host, was communicative and provided detailed instructions for using the smart lock and finding the parking spot, which made check-in seamless.
Low-quality amenities significantly impacted the stay, particularly the very low water pressure and clogged shower heads. While the apartment was generally clean, the kitchen was poorly supplied—featuring used kitchen sponges and a single leaky dishwasher detergent capsule—which detracted from the welcoming feel.

We had a wonderful stay in Milan! The host was extremely helpful, and the information we received before arrival was very detailed and clear, which made everything easy from the start. The gentleman at the lobby entrance was also very friendly and welcoming.
The apartment itself is very spacious and in perfect condition. The location is great too, ideal for sightseeing and with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The parking in the building was super convenient, a real plus in Milan.
We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

The apartment is large, airy, sunny, great location, safe, very tastefully and minimally decorated, very well designed in the layout and spotless in a new building with a concierge and elevator.
For me the beds were impossibly hard so I finally had to sleep on the couch. A thicker mattress cover or mattress topper might help. The pillows were lumpy and there was only 1 rather small bath towel per person. The instructions, though very clear, were a lot to read thru and a bit complicated.
