Konumu çok iyi. Hemen ana caddeye ulaşıyorsunuz. Otobüs durağı ve taksi durağı bir dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesinde. Yine çok yakında marketler ve çok güzel Restoranlar var. Sakin ve güvenli bir mahalle
Apartmanın girişi çok kötü. Binanın dış duvarında spray boyayla yazılar yazılmış dışarıdan terk edilmiş gibi görünüyor. Apartmanda ağır bir koku var nem ve kanalizasyon karışımı. Ev eski. Yatak çok kötüydü ortası çökmüş ve çok gıcırdıyordu. Sağa sola döndüğünüzde gacır gucur sesler geliyordu rahat uyuyamadık. Nevresim çarşaflar ve havlular temizdi fakat dairenin genel temizliği iyi değildi duvar kenarlarında tozlar ve hatta örümcek ağı vardı.

Locatia amplasata aproape de malul marii, la 3oo de metri, aproape de magazine, de statia de autobuz, aproape de zone cu parking liber
Curatenia a lipsit din plin. Vopseaua de pe tavanul din bucatarie, scorojita, resturi de ambalaje de la bomboane lasate pe masa din salon, in bucatarie cosul de gunoi nu avea punga de gunoi ci cateva resturi de gunoi, galeata era murdara. Praf pe jos in tot apartamentul, balconul cred ca nu a fost spalat de o luna. Pentru banii platiti te astepti totusi la curatenie. In baie oglinda era manjita nu curatata, la fel geamurile. Fata de asemenea lipsa de curatenie de temi de plosnite, gandaci si alte animalute. Aveam programata o a doua rezervare dupa saptamana insa am anulat din cauza curateniei.
