House Rules & Important Info (Please Read)
• No smoking
• No off-roading
• No roof climbing
• Trailer must be returned clean and in the same condition
• Dishes washed and stored
• Floors, kitchen and bathroom cleaned
• Mattress protectors clean
• Failure to meet cleanliness standards may result in additional cleaning fees
Holding Tanks:
Black and grey tanks must be returned empty unless dumping is prepaid or added to the booking with delivery/setup. Dumping fees may apply if tanks are not returned empty.
Propane:
Trailer is supplied with a full propane tank at pickup. Propane must be refilled and a receipt provided to the owner to avoid fees.
Awning Use:
Awning must be retracted during windy conditions or when unattended. Damage caused by wind or improper use is the renter’s responsibility.

Towing With a Truck, SUV, or Van — Mandatory
• It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is capable of towing the trailer
• Vehicle must have:
• 7-pin trailer connector
• Trailer brake controller
• Brake controller available for rent
(vehicle must already have a 7-pin connector)
Failure to meet towing requirements may result in booking cancellation without refund.

Festivals & Events (Strict Policy)
• Festival travel requires prior written approval
• Attending a festival without approval will result in loss of security deposit
• Burning Man is strictly prohibited
• A $2,000 security hold may be required for some events or festivals (owner’s discretion)
• Trailer is GPS / AirTag monitored

Security, Insurance & Travel Limits
• Refundable security deposit required
• Insurance and roadside assistance are mandatory
• Valid driver’s license required and must match booking details
• Trailer may not leave Canada without prior written approval
Violation results in loss of entire security deposit
• Trailer is GPS tracked — by renting, you agree to tracking
