Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, the location was good, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the receptionist who, despite the hotel being fully booked, found a solution and allowed me to keep my room until the evening
The only negative experience happened during breakfast. When I asked for a large coffee with milk, one of the staff members started commenting on my request in Albanian to his colleagues, assuming I wouldn't understand. He seemed quite surprised when he realized that, as a tourist from Poland, I actually understood the language. I believe hotel staff should never comment on guests' requests in this way. It's a shame this happened, as apart from this incident, I really enjoyed my stay.
