Nestled in the heart of Kashi, Stay Inn Kailasha is a hidden gem that truly lives up to its promises, offering an exceptional stay that exceeds expectations. With a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, this charming retreat ensures a memorable experience for every guest.
Our visit to Kashi coincided with the Mahakumbh, a time when the city is overwhelmed with devotees, making it nearly impossible to take the blessings of Lord Sri Kashi Vishwanath. However, thanks to Mr. Anil, our stay was not only comfortable but also incredibly seamless. He went above and beyond to arrange every request, right from local transportation to ensuring we had a smooth darshan at the temple.
Navigating through the immense crowds seemed daunting, but Mr. Anil’s meticulous planning made the impossible possible. He arranged for a local vehicle to take us as close as possible to the temple, after which, following his guidance, we took a pedal rickshaw—a mode of transport permitted by traffic police even during peak crowd hours. Additionally, he connected us with a pundit ji, who assisted us in completing our darshan in under two hours—a feat that would have otherwise been unthinkable in such a massive gathering.
The level of customer service at Stay Inn Kailasha is truly commendable. Their passion for ensuring a delightful guest experience is unparalleled. A simple ‘thank you’ does not suffice to express our gratitude. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kashi—it is not just a stay, but an experience of warmth, care, and impeccable service.
Although Stay Inn Kailasha does not operate a traditional restaurant, guests can still enjoy freshly made rotis and other delicious dishes by placing an advance order. The connected kitchen prepares these meals with care and serves them directly to guests, ensuring a homely and delightful dining experience. This thoughtful service adds to the comfort of the stay, allowing visitors to enjoy fresh, homemade food without the hassle of venturing out.

The facilities were modern. The bed was comfortable and the overall area was clean. Staff were friendly.
There was not a top sheet on the duvet, which is not hygienic because you can't wash the duvet every time between guests.
The shower was cold.
Half of the plug sockets were not working
We booked the balcony room, but you cannot access the balcony from the room. The balcony door is barred and locked. So it felt like it was advertised as a lie. This was inconvenient because we wanted to use to to dry our clothes.

Facilities are not prepared fully....like furniture etc.
Sufficient Staff is not there....they keep on struggling to meet the demand of food orders etc.
Everytime u need to call over mobile for communication to the housekeeping or room service
