While adequate for a very short visit, we will choose different accommodation next time.

Location suited us

A state of disrepair in some areas. Broken shower head, rotting wood in bathroom 2, windows needed cleaning, lack of certain crockery, paintwork (e.g., window ledges) needs attention, huge hole in lounge wall near TV.

There were lots of positives about our stay & with some small improvements would happily stay again.

The beds were very comfy and the property was well furnished with good amenities. It was very close to shops and a park.

It could use some cleaning, showers were mouldy and still had hair on the tiles and the floors were sticky. The dining chairs and carpets were stained. The sponges provided for washing up were old and used. There was no light bulb in the lamp in the backroom and the toilet in the ensuite must have a leak so was running and loudly refilling all night.
