Only Distance from Haram.
WIFI was not working in the Room. AC not working despite many reminders, technician came and found it faulty and dirty from inside. He cleaned it and repaired it. I have experience that they give wrong rooms for Booking.com as I heard from others. Parking was not available, third day they asked for 100 Riyals for parking/day. Whereas others were giving free. Reception staff is not professional and not to the standard of Golden Tulip. No place to move. In fact, it was not triple not Quad, it was basically Double, but they made it triple with 4 Beds. Disappointed, since, it was in Madinah, we did not complain, but I would like that there should be someone from Tulip/Booking to look around what is happening to their customers bcz ultimately we are Booking customer not the hotel. I may request for refund of the amount I paid. Regards, Shamsi
