The room was really comfortable and had everything needed for a comfortable pleasant stay - the bed, shower and space were excellent
The whole operation is run remotely by the owner. Unfortunately whilst this may create the perfect work life balance for the owner - the customer loses out and what could be a 10/10 stay rapidly declines into mediocrity. There are no on site staff. The rooms open with an electronic key that is emailed to you at check in and the check in is also done via an online system. However none of the technology works so we were all constantly on the phone to the owner trying to get into our rooms! Once we had physical keys from the unconnected restaurant downstairs the access was better - but it felt highly inconsiderate to put everyone through this considering access to rooms is a basic need. Also the replenishment of clean glasses and coffee in the room etc was a bit adhoc

Great location, smart and comfortable room. Shower (and shower gel!) were excellent. Downstairs cafe decent too.
Very minor: Entrance through cafe and furniture store area was not ideal - would be better if night entrance could be used during the day.

I appreciated being able to have an early Checkin and late checkout after an overnight flight and very early arrival.

Location, confort, looks
No service at all, virtual service, which in fact is not existing… The reception always sent me to the site or mails they sent me through booking… even when I asked the wifi code!!!
