Our room was on Level 6 and was very clean. The service was excellent, especially from Anna at the Front Office, who went the extra mile to help me with my car charging.
More importantly, I accidentally left behind a gold ring with great sentimental value. I only realised it was missing when I was already on the ferry. I immediately called the hotel, and Anna answered the phone. She was extremely helpful and informed me that the ring had been found. She quickly sent me a postal payment link so that the ring could be returned to me in the UK.
The only minor issue was that the first postage link was in Dutch, which was difficult for me to understand. However, I translated it into English, completed the payment, and sent the shipping label back.
I am very grateful for Anna's outstanding customer service and the hotel's honesty and efficiency in handling my lost item. Thank you for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Front desk staff, female, was very helpful when we asked for help with transportation. Location next to metro was excellent. Towel service was great.
Carpet in room 709 needs replacing. Would have liked a tub. Hairdryer couldn’t be plugged in in bathroom which made it difficult to use.

Its clean, and close proximity to train station
The room has bare furniture. It’s difficult to put our things. Every placement in the room is not comfortable. They dont pay attention to details., to the comfort of guest in room.
