Für ein Städteweekend in Ordnung. Empfehlenswert wegen der guten Lage und den guten Betten.

Die Lage gleich neben dem Bahnhof RAI war ideal. Mit Tram oder Metro kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Zug direkt zum Airport.

Das Personal war mit wenigen Ausnahmen wenig motiviert. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war eine Katastrophe - nicht geniessbar. Das Tüpfelchen auf dem i war eine Maus, die im Speisesaal herum rannte.

Comfortable hotel, horrible restaurant

Convenient, clean and comfortable hotel for business travel

Hotel restaurant was simply awful in terms of food quality and taste. Burger it was dry and tough. Salmon salad - fresh smoked salmon slices on the bed of greens were ruined by loads of heavy Caesar-like dressing and artificially tasting croutons. The only edible thing I ate during my stay was a cheese plate.

Hotel great! Little upsetting checkout.

Good experience! Close to the fair grounds, we where attending FESPA that is why we choose this hotel. Receptionists seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of guests, long waits for basic answers at reception.

I stood in line about 30 minutes to get my bag from storage almost missed my flight because of this! When trying to ask for SOS help, because I got to go, the PRIORITY DESK girl gave me an attitude. Being a member and still not getting proper service, was not cool. Cost me 50 Euros more to catch the flight, because I had to take a taxi instead of taking the train. I understand that we have to wait our turns, but 30 minutes is a bit too long to get my luggage.

A fabulous stay 5*

A fabulous hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel was in a great location for exploring Amsterdam with the tram/metro/train station (RAI) just a few minutes walk away. A lovely bar area to sit and relax in after a busy day exploring. Our room was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you are thinking of staying here.

Nice hotel close to Amsterdam Rai station.

It was a modern hotel, the bed was comfortable. I liked that I could open the window. They had a water kettle and capsule coffee machine in the room.

My room was behind the elevators and I could hear the lifts going up and down.

Good enough

The room was clean and they kept our luggage after check-out.

The location was a bit inconvenient. We were tired at night, so we wanted to eat out around the hotel, but we couldn't find the nice one.

Der Preis vom Frühstück ist bei 25 € pro Person viel zu teuer das war schade für den Preis haben wir kein Frühstück gemacht im Hotel

Surpassed my expectations. Really comfortable stay. The bar and restaurant are both nice too!

The bed was really comfortable. Having a small fridge was really useful. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. It was just right.

One key issue - tea. Lack of tea bags and the ones you provide are terrible. Lipton's is the reference for terrible tea. Nobody in the UK drinks it - not sure you can even buy it. We were only provided with 2 tea bags and they weren't replenished. There's also not enough milk. That said, when I asked for some more from reception, they sent more up straightaway, which was great. What would have been amazing is some decent teabags (PG tips is fine) and a small carton of fresh milk in the fridge. Then, my stay would have been 10/10 Perfect!

Geboekt voor overnachten met ontbijt, zonder veel luxe en dat was hier keurig verzorgd.

Het ontbijtbuffet is geweldig goed, er wordt zelfs vers voor je klaargemaakt. Tevens is het openbaar vervoer zeer dichtbij zodat de eigen auto op de parkeerplaats kon blijven.

Muy buen hotel, muy bien conectado y con amplios servicios

Muy buen servicio, armaron cama a mi hijo de 2 años, había espacio de juegos, restaurant, zona de compras 24HRS, personal muy amable.

El barrio no tiene mucho pero en 30 min en tram estás en el centro

It could have been better

The hospitality of the dining area staff

Being treated as a second class citizen at the front deskupon arrival. Bed not made by the time I am back from work for one of the days. There was one day when the toilet was not cleaned. It would be good if some rooms have bidet

Des collègues au centre ville ont trouvé un bien meilleur rapport qualité prix

Confort en général. Bonne nourriture (petit déjeuner copieux et très varié, restaurant : la crème brûlée m'a agréablement surprise).

Au restaurant, un plat non commandé nous a été servi pour patienter, délicieux, attention sympathique. Pour nous rendre compte qu'il a été facturé !

Ik heb meer verwacht van een 4 ster hotel. Ik heb gewerkt bij een 5 ster hotel en er is een groot verschil tussen die twee. Dit hotel lijkt mij meer als een 3 ster hotel. Het kon schooner zijn en meer hebben voor de gasten.

there was no possibility to open a window for having some fresh air despite there was a small ventilation hole on the window frame but we survived

Poor quality room, poor restaurant service

Not a lot at all, see negative comments below... the staff member that checked me in was friendly, this is probably the highlight of the staff.

The room bathroom was mouldy, the room carpet was dirty. The evening meal i took in the restaurant on the monday was disappointing, service waiting for a table was slow, the meal that arrived was low quality for the price, the service to order drinks was slow.

Overall poor stay.

The transport links to the hotel are excellent. The facilities within the hotel were decent such as a mini shop and car rental if you need it.

1. I had to wait around 15 - 20 minutes to check in, and this experience could have been better. The staff were not friendly and did not smile or apologise for the delay. 2. I chose a standard queen room and was put in a room with two single beds and two single quilts. This was very uncomfortable at night as the bed split into two, forming a middle gap. 3. I ordered room service through the QR app. After waiting 45 minutes, I called reception to only find out it was not working and they haven't received my order. I ordered over the phone, and they arrived with no cutlery or bottle opener. 4. The toiletries were not topped up or changed so I had to again request them from reception. Overall stay was not very comfortable. Couches had stains on them, and the biggest bug bear was these small issues above adding up. Not what to expect for the price.

Fantastic hotel, best value money can give! It is not in the city center, but in a calm, clean suburb, near river Amstel, just a 20 minutes ride on the metro.
