Clean, quiet, great location, truly a five-star hotel experience. Classy, elegant facilities. We were upgraded to a top-floor Superior Room that was spacious and excellent in every way. High points for robes that fit normal people, unlike almost every European hotel I have stayed in. Wi-fi could have been faster and the room service menu needs more variety. The Pestana Amsterdam was one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in, and the bed was fantastic -- quite firm, and they offer a pillow menu. All in all, 10/10 experience.
People often think that a five-star hotel means just an excellent room, but it involves every aspect of the experience. We arrived about an hour early, and our room was ready. None of that "Come back when check in starts" nonsense. The process was smooth and efficient. There is a salon at the front of the property that is beautiful and peaceful as well. And it doesn't smell like a hotel, which is part of it. They got everything right here.

We loved our stay at the hotel. It exceeded our expectations, with a large, comfortable and clean room! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food and drinks at the bar were exceptional! We stay a full week and the value for money was totally worth it!
