The staff was exceptional and welcoming from the instant we arrived. The location was great and the room was extremely comfortable with lovely amenities. The concierge (Peter in particular) was very helpful and arranged a fantastic day for us! The pre-arrival communication was also very helpful in making transportation to and from the airport.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff was very personable and polite.
Just an overall amazing stay!

Our room was very nice; bed, sheets, pillows, etc. Bathroom also lovely: modern and very functional and easy to use the shower head, tub, etc
They nickel and dime you. I was paying top of the line pricing, yet there was no coffee/tea in the lobby that was complimentary, etc. The ‘benefits’ I was receiving that they proudly touted was a bottle of water in the room and WiFi. ANY budget chain hotel offers that. Also the service was obsequious . Good service is received not seen; the staff were almost over the top in seeking to provide good service. Three people to open the front door for us?!
