Beautiful rooms, canal view with boats floating by all day, nice location, stylish breakfast.
food at the lounge (near lobby entrance) is pretty limited. basic gym.

Location was excellent, the staff were exceptional. Attention to detail was very good from the staff.
The hotel was comfortable and clean
I felt the room was disappointing, as we paid a huge amount for a suit, I was slightly disappointed by the room we received.
In the spa there was no access to cold water!!
Everything in the hotel was very expensive.

Our room was very nice; bed, sheets, pillows, etc. Bathroom also lovely: modern and very functional and easy to use the shower head, tub, etc
They nickel and dime you. I was paying top of the line pricing, yet there was no coffee/tea in the lobby that was complimentary, etc. The ‘benefits’ I was receiving that they proudly touted was a bottle of water in the room and WiFi. ANY budget chain hotel offers that. Also the service was obsequious . Good service is received not seen; the staff were almost over the top in seeking to provide good service. Three people to open the front door for us?!
