This is a lovely large hotel. It was very busy but everything was spot on. The facilities were great and our room was perfect. Everything was clean.
We had club access which was great. It did get very busy so some food and drinks were quite slow to be
Replenished.
This location is close to everything. We loved our stay here and would return.

Very close to the train station - an easy walk, even with luggage. The room was comfortable. The food in the "Club Level Lounge" was good including breakfast and happy hour snacks.
About 50% of the rooms are on the interior of the hotel and only have an interior window looking at a wall or down into the lobby. It was dark and I had no idea bout the weather. I paid for club lounge access mostly for the breakfast, but the coffee machine did not work properly and it seemed as if it had not worked in a while. It prepared espresso but no drinks with milk. Ambiance of the close surrounding neighborhood was safe but lots of "coffeeshops" in the area. Immediately in the front door, there are about 5 steps down into the lobby. Difficult with luggage.
