breakfast needs variety t
towels were frayed at edges, a bit threadbare, I don't feel safe with the inside doorknob. It's very hard to open. I get anxious trying to open afraid I might get locked inside in case of an emergency

Very well placed for my visit to Amsterdam.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Not a single drawer: nowhere to put clothes except the table reserved for the suitcase.
The sheets were not even smoothed, just the quilt thrown over the bed.
No replacement of coffee capsules for the machine.
The towels are small and thin: completely soaked after drying- not dry enough for the hair.
Who decided to have a shower with a half-glass and no door? Obviously, water gets on the floor.

Clean, fair room size comparing to europe hotel rooms.
Directly on the canals , and would say walking distance from most of the attractions.
15 -20 min to the central station .
We used a parking lot for 1 night before leaving Amsterdam and it was so convenient.
Small market is in the lobby which was so good and useful for snacks , coffee and drinks
I did not like that they dont have irons in the rooms.
They do have an iron room in the third floor which is little bit annoying
