The Spa was the best thing about the Hotel.
Also excellent location.
The room was not up to my expectations.

W Hotel Amsterdã double charged my stay. Terrible
communication with them. They wrongly charged twice my 1 night stay; I’ve already sent 2 emails asking to correct this and made a phone call explaining to the staff but nothing has been done yet.
