Everything you needed in a great location for exploring Amsterdam.
A few small maintenance issues that are hard for cleaning staff to detect if not reported by guests e.g. creaky bed, kettle faulty. visible patching on walls in bathroom detracts from the 5 star experience. Front of House team members although friendly don’t all speak Dutch, but that seemed to be common within hospitality in Amsterdam.

Excellent location outside the central station probably the cleanest of all the hotels there we have tried them. All the rooms are modern and updated. The staff is friendly.
The hotel is relatively expensive and not the best value. There are a few amenities that make it worth the price. The rooms are relatively small and a little dated.

Location
Rooms were not at all like the photos. I booked premium rooms with views for my daughters. They had to change 3 times and still it wasn’t like the photo! Booking was all messed up as well I had ordered and paid for a surprise bottle of champagne in her room which they told her about as she walked in and that she had to pay it as well as breakfast which I had also already paid. We had to call and complain several times. Not the best.
