La atención de los conserjes lo mejor, capaces de montarte un plan o conseguirte entradas imposibles.

Un 4/Mayo, MUY complicado acceder con maletas hasta el hotel. Cierran todos los alrededores y se pasa mucho trabajo.

Mimo łazienki pobyt był super.

Śniadania świetne, lokalizacja też. Hotel jest piękny.

Fatalne oświetlenie łazienki. Trudno się ogolić i uczesać. Grube, niewygodne ręczniki, których nie ma gdzie powiesić.

Son emplacement exceptionnel. La qualité de service. Le niveau d’hôtellerie

Isolation phonique un peu insuffisante pour ne pas subir le bruit des manifestations sur le Dam. Choix de produits sans gluten très limité au petit déjeuner. Restaurant étoilé The White Room décevant.

Fantastic location, excellent hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam centrum. You can’t ask for a better location. The staff is super helpful and very kind. The room was impeccable.

There was nothing that I did not enjoy.

Better try another horel for this rate.

The only thing i like about this hotel is a breakfast!

there is very great audibility between the hotel rooms, you can hear all the intimate details of another person behind the wall, when asked to turn off the music in the middle of the night, I did not receive a proper response from the hotel.

Perfect location, perfect staff ( except duty manager on Sunday morning) , very good breakfast. I might be wrong about b

The staff and location was perfect. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and nice.

Sunday morning at 0730-0800 in the morning, there were people carrying stuff into hotel and woke us up! I phoned up reception, she said she will check it out and return to me. Then she phoned me back and she said ahead of time was sorry and asked me if she can extend our checkout time instead of stopping the work!

ห้องไม่สะอาด มีของที่ถูกทานแล้วในตู้เย็นแจ้งพนักงานหลังเจ้าพักแต่ไม่มีใครมาแก้ไขเก็บหรือเปลี่ยน จนต้องแจ้งซ้ำในวันถัดไปถึงจะมีคนไปเก็บ ไดร์ก็ไม่มีหัว พื้นห้องไม่สะอาด น้ำดื่มก็ไม่มีแบบฟรีให้ มีแต่คิดเงิน

كل شي جميل وممتاز من ناحية النظافة والخدمة والطاقم والموظفين كانو جدا متعاونين وخدومين والشعب لطيفين جدا لقد استمتعنا جدا خلال اقامتنا وحجزت 3 غرف لي ولعائلتي لمدة 3 ليالي الموقع كان فوق الممتاز ويوجد كل شي حول الفندق من مطاعم وكوفي وساحة و متحف صدق او لا تصدق كل شي جميل

المكيف لم يعمل بشكل جيد ولا توجد شطافة في الحمام اعتقد اغلب الفنادق الاوروبية لا توجد ولكننا جلبنا معنا شطافة الحمام المتنقل

Enjoyed a fantastic stay with a incredible location, amazing breakfast, and great view.

Amazing Breakfast Experience. Situated at the same location as their premier dining establishment, "The White Room," the breakfast selection surpassed our expectations. Our room featured a stunning view that truly impressed us. Additionally, the location was outstanding, being in close proximity to numerous significant historical sites, all of which were within walking distance.

The property is close to a restaurant or bar that stays open until late. Although all the windows have been upgraded, some noise may still penetrate. This could pose a problem for those who are light sleepers. However, this might primarily be a concern if your room faces the Dam which overlooks the plaza where the bars are situated.

Excelent!

All the staff was really outstanding, but I want to highlight the service and helpful attitude of Santiago the porter, who was so warm and friendly with us since we arrived to the property. He was kind and professional and gave us so many advices about the area and suggest us 2 restaurants that where amazing.

Hotel na vrhunskoj lokaciji

Doručak je bio vrlo dobar, veliki izbor voća i sokova, ostalo je bilo prosečno. Odlična lokacija, komforne sobe i udobni kreveti.

Mogao bi doručak da bude bolji - fali suhomesnato. Takodje bi večera mogla da se organizuje kao doručak, a ne a la carte. Mnogo dugo je trajalo prijavljivanje pri dolasku na recepciji, odmah su nas primili, ali je trajalo više od 15 minuta.

Just wow, amazing place to stay, incredible staff, super comfortable rooms. Wish would stay there for longer :)

Everything was just incredible: from the minute you enter the front door you getting into this amazing hotel which just kept me mesmerized for all our stay. Very nice layout of hotel, room had an amazing view, it was extremely comfortable and very high end. Hotel and bar staff doing their 100% to keep everyone satisfied. It was my husband birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure it’s memorable day.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city.

The staff was exceptionally kind and the hotel was gorgeous with a really modern European vibe. Entering the hotel it feels very special and you are treated like a VIP no matter your room choice.

The hotel is located in a very busy area of the city so at night you can hear street noise consistently, especially on the weekend. The rooms were mostly clean although the bathroom was quite dusty in parts and the shower had some mold spots. Super firm beds. If you are looking for a quiet, calm location, this is not the hotel for you. This part of the city feels especially touristy although it's close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

It took us forever to get to the hotel because apparently Uber and Bolt drivers are not allowed to go on certain roads? When we finally arrived around 2 am our room was way too hot to sleep comfortably. There was a micro fibre cloth in the bathroom that the cleaners had left there I suppose. The bed linen smelled like a ton of laundry detergent and the bed itself was not very comfortable, too hard for my liking. As for the breakfast, the eggs were awful (including the omelet that was made on the spot) and all the hot dishes I tried were cold. All in all, very overpriced.

Localização boa, quartos confortáveis mas limpeza precisa melhorar.

Cobrança extra além do combinado, limpeza muito ruim, banheiros sujos, equipe não conseguia resolver os problemas que eram muitos em relação a estas cobranças indevidas nas diárias. Reservei um quarto silencioso e me foi dado um quarto colado à rua principal, em andar baixo. Foi muito desgastante.

Rilassante e bello!!!

Posizione centralissima, servizio impeccabile, colazione unica, cibo di alta qualità c’è di tutto, finora la migliore che abbia mai fatto in un hotel del genere!!!

Il terzo giorno il lavabo del bagno si è tappato e ho dovuto tenere spostato il tappo per non farlo riempire d’acqua quando il rubinetto era aperto. E la camera non era proprio idéntica a quella che avevo visto nella prenotazione.
