The location of the apartment was excellent & very central. One of the main reasons I have stayed there several times.
It was hot in Amsterdam, & the Air conditioning was not working properly. I had booked the apartment 5 months in advance & requested for an apartment with elevator/lift access. For 2 nights I had to stay in an apartment with no elevators & it was very uncomfortable for me.

The location is convenient.
The first room assigned was old and not impressive, and AC, one door, etc weren't working, After we communicated, we got switched to a second room which was much nicer and we like it a lot.
We didn't expect that there won't be any hand soap. Also, shower gels were not refilled even though the room was cleaned every 3 days. It would also be better if wiping clothes or paper towels can be available in the kitchen.
And even though it was written and expected, it wasn't convenient to have an apartment without internet; we might reconsider our future choices due to wifi availability..

Location is in Amsterdam city center, very near to the train station. Which is convenient.
We stayed in the summer, we had to move twice to different apartments as the air-conditioned in 90% of the units does not work. The inside is outdated, old curtains, couch, kitchen, etc, which does not give us a clean overall vibe. Getting to the apartment from the main entrance door is a hassle, as you will need to use extreme narrow staircases (no lift). This was mainly an issue with the suitcases.
