Staff were excellent. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed
It was only a few minutes walk from the train station so location was great.
Even though there was train lines behind us, trams, cars and ferries just below, it was amazingly quiet. Loved the views from the little balcony
The only little thing I found was the main bed did sag to the right side so I slept right in the middle of the bed which was fine as I had the bed to myself, but other people may not. My friend had the sofa bed which she said was comfortable.
