We had a lovely room overlooking the city. Every thing was very clean and tidy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast, good variety and plentiful. Loved the location - a tube ride out of the city, very regular service and station stones throw from the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Location was great, one stop from the airport and 4-5 stops to central and you just tap with your card / apple pay and jump on and off.
The staff were so lovely and helpful, you couldn't ask for more.
There's a few places to eat nearby also as it's the business district.
I did check in at 10am which was excellent.
The room was pretty basic, almost like a student dorm. The bed and shower were ok but not great, I had holes in my towel, the room service is only open from 5-10pm, what's the point of that?
