Proximity to the metro and access to city.
That’s the 3rd year I'm coming to this hotel. Unfortunately, whatever time I have a breakfast, and even if they just bring a new plate of fried eggs, these eggs are cold, always.
The sink in bathroom was clogged.

The view from the room was pretty. They also keep your bags for the day when you check out which is nice.
They only offered us one towel for 2 people, and when we asked for cleaning service it never came. We had to use a single towel for 3 days which was our entire stay.
They also can't rent bikes at the reception they have some affiliate service and separate app, and if there are problems with that you need to solve them yourself. (there were problems)
Reception seemed understaffed. There was always a huge queue.
