Wir haben uns in diesem Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage mitten im Herzen von Ortigia ist fantastisch – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und so eingerichtet und ausgestattet, dass man sich schnell wie zu Hause fühlt. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch die ausführlichen Informationen, die der Gastgeber für seine Gäste vorbereitet hat. Darin wird alles Wichtige rund um die Wohnung sehr gut und verständlich erklärt. Auch das Bad, das auf den ersten Blick etwas klein wirkt, ist sehr praktisch und durchdacht eingerichtet. Es gibt ausreichend Ablageflächen, Haken und alles, was man braucht, sodass die Größe für uns letztendlich überhaupt keine Rolle gespielt hat.
Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir ein Problem mit dem elektronischen Nuki-Schlüsselsystem. Der Gastgeber hat sofort reagiert und uns schnell geholfen, sodass das Problem für uns unkompliziert gelöst werden konnte.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Apartment bei einem weiteren Besuch in Siracusa bzw. Ortigia jederzeit wieder wählen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Bien gérer en avance la réservation du parking. Nous avions été prévenus, ne l'avons pas géré... en plein mois d'août tant pis pour nous !

Mario was a great host and our experience started well before we actually arrived at the accommodation. We notified Mario that we will rent a vehicle and he was amazing at helping us with arranging a parking spot for us ( something rare to find in high season) well before our arrival. The parking is just few steps away from the Casa dei Leoni so you couldn't get any closer than that . Casa dei Leoni is situated in the heart of Ortigia , overlooking a beautiful piazza which looks magical especially at night ! The apartment is super comfortable and clean and it's catered to your comfort. Mario is super super responsive to any messages and anything can be solved by simply having a chat. We didn't need extra support but it's was such a nice feeling to know that there's someone just a message away in case we needed it . The apartment is beautifully decorated and technology is so well integrated in the space . You have everything that you could possibly need there. The restaurant recommendations were excellent and that also enhanced our experience. Everything was perfect and I could not recommend enough this place for your stay in Ortigia. We will definitely stay here again .
