Downstairs sofa convertible to a queen size bed. Dedicated workspace. Close to (1.5-4 miles): Rochester Airport, U of R (close to trail), RIT, Strong Memorial Hospital, RTS main hub (short walk from Greyhound), Walmart. Driveway for 3-4 cars. A bus ride-RTS-17, from Transit Center on N. Clinton Ave Wifi, coffee. No Pets. No Smoking.

House was great! Super clean! Everything we needed.

The house was perfect for what we needed. The house was very clean with a great shower. The area was quite noisy at times late at night with cars stopping nearby for a speed bump with thumping loud music but other than that the neighbors were friendly

Incredible place to stay, will definitely be going here first anytime I plan on staying in Rochester.
