About this house rental

Nestled in Bryn Mawr-Skyway, this charming house for $275 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Endless charm and uniquely updated RiverFront house with easy access to the Foster Links Golf Course, amusement park, shopping, and the famed Green river trail. A great place for whole family up to 8 to create memories. 3 bedrooms, 2 BA, full kitchen, spacious covered deck, gazebo, fire pit, egg chair, hammock and huge fenced backyard. Free parking for 3 cars. 20 mins drive to Seattle downtown. 9 mins to/from SeaTac Airport. 2 hours to Mt Rainier National Park Sunrise area, 2.5 hours to the Paradise area. 3 hours to Olympic or N.Cascades National parks. Super easy access to I5, SR167, I405, SR 99, SR509, SR599, SR18. Our house is in a tranquil neighborhood on a dead end street of Tukwila in a convenient location. The Green river trail and the Foster Links Public golf course are in a walking distance. Close to Foster memorial park, Riverside Casino, amusement center and Westfield shopping mall. Walking distance to the grocery stores, fast food restaurants and coffee shops. The house has three bedrooms - 2 bedrooms on the main floor (one is a master bedroom), and a combined bedroom/game room in the fully furnished basement. Have kids or just simply want some privacy? Send them downstairs to the huge bedroom with the queen, full, and twin beds. Comfy beds, futon and conveniences - to include a TV with Roku, Netflix and other streaming services. A second 55’ TV is in the living room for the adults! A full kitchen with new appliances and all the amenities - dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Keurig and Ninja coffee maker, Ninja airfryer. We provide full kitchen supplies, and it is stocked with all the cooking items you may need. We also offer complimentary coffee, tea, light snacks and bottled water. There is a spacious covered deck for lounging right off the kitchen and a huge backyard with the lawn games, fire pit, gazebo 12x12, and Duwamish river in your possession. Wake up to the peaceful river view and enjoy a morning coffee in the swinging egg chair. Want to get away -- head to the riverside where you will find a hammock, a propane grill and a picnic table with chairs. Walk on the paved Green River trail, just steps from your front door -- taking you along the Duwamish river and Foster Links golf course to the Riverside Casino. Foster links golf course is a public course which includes a well appointed restaurant, Billy Baroo's Smokehouse with over 20 beers on tap. Sit on their patio overlooking the course and enjoy the evening, knowing it is a short walk home. Head the other direction on the trail and you will find Starbucks, Quizno, and Jack-in-the-box, along with 2 convenience store in 2 Gas stations. The Westfield Southcenter mall is just six minutes away with different dining options, endless shopping and entertainment - the largest in the entire Pacific Northwest. Need to occupy the kids -- head over to Tukwilla's Family Fun Center and Bullwinkle Restaurant (less than 2 miles away) - mini golf, bumper boats, go carts, and amusement rides. You definitely need a rental car to get around, but the location is perfectly centered to any sightseeing place in the Pacific Northwest part of Washington State. With a short commute, you’re close to everything Seattle has to offer! An ideal base to explore Seattle, Bellevue, Pacific Northwest, all 3 National Parks in Washington State. There is a bus stop in a walking distance just 2 minutes from the house that will take you to all these destinations with service every 15 minutes. Buses: #150 will move you to Seattle downtown, Southcenter or Kent station, , #154 - to Tukwila Sounder or Seattle Marginal Way, #193 - to Federal Way or First hill.

This was a last minute trip and we were so happy we found this family friendly, reasonably priced rental. It is located near all of the Pacific Northwest attractions we wanted to see. The owners even sent us a list of kid friendly activities to enjoy. The home was nicely decorated, clean and had all the needed household items to care for an infant and toddler. The back yard is amazing and fenced in for kids safety. There is also a plethora of outdoor games and a fire pit. The owners were very responsive and helpful for our whole trip! We hope to come back again!
