The rooms had everything you need and the layout was well thought out.
Decent breakfast room and a small bar.
The car park is gated and secure.
If you’re doing Disney then the public bus is a few mins walk away. We used it there and back one day and it was perfect. £2.50 each and you can pay cash or card.
There is just one restaurant nearby. It wasn’t an issue for us but there’s nothing else in walking distance

The hotel is 10 minutes away from Disneyland. We stayed one night here and chose the hotel for its value for money. Overall, for one night the stay was ok. The room was large enough and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was really good
Unfortunately the room was not clean. The bed blankets had some hair and the toilet had some dirty spots. This is something that should improve as cleanliness should be non negotiable.
On top of it, the requested 5 euro per day for the parking does not make sense and it seems like the hotel is trying to make as much money as they can. In front of the holiday inn there is the Ace hotel paris which offers free parking and a higher degree of cleanliness in the rooms
