Interesting cottage, obviously someone's home with the individual quirks.
we were warned before hand, but the phone signal is very bad- however internet good There were many trip hazards

We really enjoyed our stay at the thatched hat cottage which is located in Norley Wood. We enjoyed the walks from the house in the woods or across the heathland nearby where we met regularly horses and donkeys living nearby. There is everything needed at the cottage, the room downstairs where we stayed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed spending our evenings in front of the fire after long walks. The cottage is spacious, well decorated and has a lovely garden. The owner, Fiona, was very helpful and available if we had any questions. We'll definitely come back!

Location was great. Lounge space great.
Lovely bedding and towels.
Interesting family history and personal belongings.
We all loved the log burning fire.
The en suite in the downstairs bedroom was not suitable for our elderly parents to use. Sadly, my father in law is terminally I’ll and the cottage was chosen specifically for the downstairs bedroom and en suite.
The upstairs shower was barely hot so disappointing for the rest of the family. Also insufficient toilet paper for six people for a week so had to purchase more.
