Worst host in Bucharest. by far.

Worst experience in Bucharest.

The Host, We booked several times because we had activity very close but all the hosts where horrible. Nicoleta was never helpful and tried scamming us by paying in a personal account. The man after her lied about the billing and payment with card. YOU CAN ONLY PAY CASH, but they let you know only when you arrive. 3rd time we went, the host (said he was the owner, was drunk and called us 4 times to ask the same 2 questions. how many are we, and when do we arrive. Upon arrival he was worse. Very rude for us not being happy about what amazing deal we have, but he didn't confirm our car plates to enter the facility, we waited half an hour in front of the gate until he finally answered, than confused and mixed our reservations, and he was the angry one. Said he should have been at skiing 100km away than to accommodate us. IN AUGUST, in the south of the country. like 40 degrees Celsius. One of the 3 bookings, the room was filled with bugs or somebody did not clean. And the whole area smells like sewers in the afternoon and mornings. The 4th time we tried to booking again forced by the fact that it is very close to where we need to be, we actually went and did it only online with booking, got the confirmation and upon calling the hosts (somebody else answered other than the all the other) and he said it's a mistake and the rooms where not available. STILL DID NOT GET THE REFUND after 2 weeks and 7 e-mails .

first of all, the host was the best and most welcoming host I ever met! Second, the studio was very clean and cozy! And the the thing that we’ll never forget, Because the host liked us very much, he let us stay one more night for free! Amazing, best place and host ! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ! I recommend this place to stay with warmth ! Nota 10 !
