Very nice place

Very nice place, good breakfast, we were a bit off season so we couldn't appreciate the full extent of the place. Staff was very helpful and cordial, I will go back next time

After connect to the hotel Wi-fi I realised there was suspect activity in my Microsoft account for 4 times. No lift in the hotel. There was no wardrobe. The hotel dont change the air condition filter for a long time and I was coughing all the time. The air condition was very noisy. There was dusty and powder every where. There was molde on tha walls. The toilet doesnt have warm water only cold water. There was not enough shampoo and not enough body wash. Just a little.

Nice Place to Stay and Relax

The location is very near the center, very accessible, the road is not busy during the weekends. There’s enough parking space. There were complimentary coffee. The staff were accommodating & nice.

The view from the terrace are shanty houses. The double lock in the door is not working, I don’t feel secured with the digital lock because it was pre-programmed by the staff, of course they know the code. the door is part wood, part glass, there’s no privacy, someone from outside can peek inside.

The jacuzzi bath was nice once I figured out how to use it.

No staff available. When I found a member of staff to inquire about buying a cold drink I was waved away and told closed,closed.Unblievable! No where to hang your clothes.

Very good

Very nice, polite and friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Clean room and facilities. As a solo woman traveling I felt very safe, the security guard in front of the hotel always care to get me into a safe tricycle when I was too lazy to walk :) Location was very central, I walked almost everywhere inkl rain and my huge travel backpack. Extra bonus for the laundry service right next to the hotel, very convenient. I made some back and forth changes to my days of staying spontaneously (while I already were staying there) and they replied very quickly to confirm and reconfirm and were very flexible, it made my planning so much more flexible.

After checking in I didn't really see the staff/couldn't get a hold of anyone personally (wanting to reorganize some travel dates) but as mentioned before, communication via email was great and the guard outside was always there, so wasn't a problem after all :)

great value central hotel

central location. nice rooms with comfortable bed and jacuzzi bath. after a little confusion, breakfast was delivered to the room each morning . great value for money.

minor points - the security guard that showed us to our room saw that we were struggling with the electronic lock but still just left us at the door. we had to find another staff member. staff seemed unclear about preparing breakfast for us on the first morning but okay thereafter.
