Straightforward checked in & out with polite & helpful staff. Centrally located with all the amenities needed. However, it’s in a quiet part of area. Since it a low rise building, there’s no lift to the third floor which my 20kg suitcase was brought to my room by a staff. Basic accommodation with a single & double beds with clean bed sheets & towels provided. Well ventilated with windows, aircon & lights. En suite bathroom with hot water for shower. No toilet roll but a bum gun available. A pail & tabu for usual Filipino bath. For a budget traveller, I highly recommend this place.
No lift to the 3rd floor in case you’re having heavy luggage.

Room looks kept. House rules were displayed clearly. Ample cabinets and a hanging area to put clothes and stuff. Parking was easy.
The walls are very thin. It isn't realistic for staff to tell off guests when they speak loudly in the corridor so it's useless to complain. I woke up three times from a nap after a race day because people were sporadically talking. All the doors could use weatherstrips.
Bed lights were not working on #9.
