They serve free breakfast for two even though I was the only one checked in. Wifi was consistent and the airconditioning was working well. They have a hot shower. They have a secure compound with parking space with cctv so if you have a car or a motorcycle you don't have to worry where to park plus it's covered with a huge canopy. Complete toiletries but bath towels were newly washed but old. It's a great location near the city plus multiple food businesses are nearby. If you have concerns, there's a caretaker there to assist you.
Pillows and beddings were a bit smelly. It's a bit itchy when you sleep. The toilet flush was working but you have to flush 3-4 times. I didn't expect much based on the other reviews and the owner also gave me a heads up.

Staff were very helpful and helped me to park my large car the problem was that it was a hassle getting in and out of the parking lot area and I actually scratched the front of my car on the wall due to the shape of the parking area
Property very tired and looked nothing like the pictures on the advertisement, the toilet was blocked and the bedding was grubby. This is a small family run business that needs to replace their apparel and fixtures and fittings if they want to attract more business. I did not stay at this place even though I booked and paid for 3 nights as it did not come any way near my expectations and I felt uncomfortable . Good Luck to the owners for the future.
