If you are noise sensitive or require action when an issue presents, please stay as far away as you can from this proper

The location & photos that matched the property

There is an issue with noise insulation; above apartment F on the 4th floor there is a family with a young child who runs in the evening non stop, you can hear conversations due to incorrect insulation; I brought this to tye attention of Beatriz who manages the property coupled with lack of instructions to access normal TV channels; I asked her to phone us since the no published lacks the prefix, I am still waiting to hear from her; she chose to hide behind the booking platform responding to emails but not actioning issues we raised; this made our stata real battle specially dealing with noise insulation the night; I found her approach very unprofessional specially for someone paid to manage properties. Beatriz, in business you have a long way to go, hope my feedback will help you to learn who to treat greats instead of choosing to hide behind the booking platform; I define my experience in interacting with you & the lack of customer service very disappointing.

everything

although it was clean and the apartment looks quite new, there was a feeling that some more cleaning could be done. Kitchen supplies (knifes, cups…) were completely dirty.

Excellent location!

The location was perfect. Right next to a grocery store and a taxi stop and 2 streets from the main street. The place was clean and luminous. Easy communication with the host. Great flexibility, allowed us late check-out. Would book again :)
