Emplacement dans un quartier calme.

Pour chipoter je dirais que le lieu est un peu dans son jus.

This is a nicely arranged room in a very nice neighbourhood of Bordeaux. I really like the way how the furniture looks like.
The water after the shower was going away really slow. I had to be aware of not overfilling with water the floor of the cabin.
