We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The location is absolutely outstanding, and the view is simply breathtaking. Sitting on one of the two terraces in the evening, watching the sunset over the sea, is an unforgettable experience. Waking up in the morning to such a spectacular panorama is something special and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The swimming pool is another great feature and adds a lot to the overall experience. The house may not be the newest or most recently renovated property, but it is comfortable, well-equipped, and has everything you might need during your stay.
There is a small climb to reach the property, but we did not find it difficult or inconvenient. In fact, for us it was perfectly manageable. A very useful bonus is that the supermarket at the bottom of the hill delivers groceries directly to the house free of charge.
A special thank you to Andrea, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Her hospitality made us feel at home from the very beginning.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and are seriously considering coming back next year.
Honestly, we cannot think of any significant negatives. As mentioned above, some guests might consider the uphill walk to the property a drawback, but for us it was not a problem at all and certainly did not affect our enjoyment of the stay.
Everyone has different expectations and preferences, but from our perspective, the property, the location, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We were extremely satisfied and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The elevated location gave stunning views of Sorrento across to Naples bay and Mount Vesuvius. The pool was great after a steep walk from the centre
It was extremely dated and the interior is shabbier than it appeared in the photos. The bathroom in particular wasn’t nicely presented (rust in places, sink plug) and would benefit from being replaced. The outdoor area/balconies, although very spacious and well presented with seating/tables and comfortable sunloungers didn’t appear to have been cleaned for a long time (we found bits of broken glass in the artificial lawn).
No basic products/items provided that you usually get in a property of this kind - e.g. washing up liquid, pool towels, only one wine glass to share between 4. Cutlery/crockery was dirty on arrival so had to be cleaned before use.
Overall the property is overdue a refurbishment and has amazing potential.
However, Andrea, the letting agent was very responsive and helpful, allowing us to store bags in her tour shop in the centre until check-in and did offer a later check out should we have needed it, due to not guests checking in that day.
